Celebrating 20 Years Serving Maryland's Eastern Shore Champion Improvements, Inc., founded in 1989, is a locally owned home construction and home improvements company. We are located on Kent Island in Stevensville, Maryland. Champion Improvements has been building and renovating to meet every lifestyle for over 20 years. We are on the list of preferred builders with Coldwell Banker Waterman Realty and are a member of the Queen Anne's County Chamber of Commerce.

We are Frank E. Daffin, Inc. and have been building in the Talbot County, Maryland area for 73 years as a family business. It was started by our great Uncle Frank in 1936 with his brothers, uncles and cousins and we are still working today with Wilson Daffin (Uncle Frank’s nephew) as president with his son, Bill Daffin, as vice president and his daughter Denise, who runs the office. We have built many different size homes over the years and we would be more than happy to send customer job references and architect letters at your convenience.
