Phillips Wharf Environmental Center is a nonprofit located at 21604 Chicken Point Road, Tilghman, md. 21671. We offer unique opportunities for those who enjoy the plants and animals of the Chesapeake Bay. Located in the last crab shanty on Knapps Narrows, volunteers assist us in caring for critters, running the center and hosting our Fishmobile, a rolling educational aquarium that provides children and adults with hands-on educational experience with marine life native to the Chesapeake Bay.

TomCat Solutions welcomes volunteers who want to make an immediate, positive difference in the lives of free-roaming, abandoned and homeless cats. Volunteers are needed to collect data and assist in all aspects of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), including: trapping (training provided), transporting cats to & from spay/neuter clinics, feeding and returning them to their caretakers - or locating barns for cats which need new homes. We would also appreciate help with office work!
